Starmobile Spectra

GADGET REVIEW

Local mobile phone maker Starmobile continues to raise the bar by introducing innovations in their products. No wonder it has been gradually been getting good raves about its products.

Earlier, the company introduced the Knight Elite – the mobile phone with a digital television component. You could consider Starmobile sort of maverick in the local market as it does not join other local player in the cut-throat pricing of products, instead, Starmobile keeps on launching new products that aims to excite the consumers.

Starmobile knows the peculiarities of the local market. It has introduced a dual camera set-up on the back of the Spectra. In a country where a huge number of the population, particularly the millennials go loco over selfie, the Starmobile Spectra has become an instant hit.

A lovely feature of the dual-camera has a feature that allows to change the focus of the shot after it’s been taken. This is made possible through the dual cameras on its back which has a 13-megapixel and 2-megapixel sensors.

It is nice to see the digital TV channels feature is also in the Spectra. Aside from the dual-camera, the Knight Spectra is also capable of accessing digital TV channels for crystal clear video and audio.

Although the Knight Spectra has an elegant and classy design, you will get the impression it has been inspired by other famous brands. Nevertheless, the Knight Spectra still looks elegant in a metal frame complemented by scratch-proof glass on both the front and the back.

As a movie buff, the writer had a pleasant experience in watching cinemas especially the non-commercial movies like The Motorcycle Diaries, Lawrence of Arabia, musicals such as South Pacific and other classics.

With a 5.5-inch On Cell AMOLED display, the user can enjoy full high definition resolution to ensure a nice viewing experience.

Tracking the important buttons is very easy. They are on the right side of the phone, while the 3.5 millimeter jack is on the top and the USB port is located on the bottom, along with the speaker grille.
